 Communications

We believe that the speciality practice spends more time communicating with clients and the referring veterinarians than occurs in a general practice setting.

The specialty practice normally communicates in the following ways:

  • Phone
  • FAX
  • U.S. Mail
  • E-Mail

We have expanded the capabilities of our phone "system" in many ways, but never committed to a "system" that hangs on the wall at the clinic.  If you have a dedicated phone system, we suggest that you check to see that it has a working backup battery power supply.

We rely upon an incoming FAX capability.  We do not  have a lot of outgoing FAXes.

A regional mail sorting center is happens to be on our way home at night.  We amaze the referring doctors by having our referral letters reach their clinic on the day following a client visit.
