We have decided, at this point, to down play the use of e-mail for communication with our clients and the referring veterinarians.
Our web site does not support e-mail communication with the doctor. We are reluctant to add internal processes to recover and return e-mail in a way that maintains the high quality of the patient record. This problem is similar to the one regarding phone messages and entering and managing messages in a computer database or file system.
We have recently obtained some interesting articles from medical association studies. This is a potentially very complex issue; as it applies to the medical service industry. Please check back with us to get more information in the future.
